FollowDip is architected as a zero-knowledge application. This means:

• ✓ We do not see your Instagram followers, following, or unfollowers
• ✓ We do not store your uploaded ZIP files or exported data
• ✓ We do not have access to your Instagram account or credentials
• ✓ We do not track which accounts you analyze or monitor

2. What We Actually Store

The only data we maintain is strictly necessary for authentication and billing:

• • Your email address (for login and account management)
• • Your display name (optional, for personalizing your account)
• • Subscription status (managed by our payment processor, not us)

3. How Data Processing Works

When you upload your Instagram data export, the ZIP file is extracted and processed entirely within your web browser using JavaScript. No data is transmitted to our servers. Your follower lists, unfollower calculations, and tracking history are stored in your browser's local storage or IndexedDB — on your device, not ours.

4. Third-Party Services

We use Supabase for authentication and Dodo Payments for billing. Both are GDPR-compliant and do not have access to your Instagram data. Our payment processor handles all subscription data; we only receive confirmation of your subscription status.

5. Your Rights

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from your account settings. Because we do not store your Instagram data, there is nothing else to delete. You have complete control.
