We never ask for passwords. FollowDip only processes the official Meta data you provide locally.
Go to your Meta Accounts Center and select 'Download or transfer information'.
Choose 'Some of your information' and then search for 'Followers and following'.
Select 'Download to device' and ensure the format is set to JSON.
Set the date range to 'All time' to get your full history.
Click 'Create files'. Meta will email you when the ZIP is ready (usually in 5-15 mins).
Once Meta emails you (usually 5-15 mins), download the .zip and drop it into the "Sync" area on your dashboard.
